Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

By helping us get this blender my culinary students can learn different tools in a culinary environment. Providing the necessities that are included in the cookbook such as a blender will help make these Asian dishes which give my culinary students a different perspective on foods. This culinary book would be the start of our new culinary library, and this blender will help make purees we can incorporate in our culinary program. These students will appreciate this book and this blender for years to come in all our culinary classes.
