My Project

Our school is a smaller charter school, which makes the space to learn very limited. We are fortunate to have a kitchen space to teach culinary in. Unfortunately, the space is only big enough for 2 ovens. These are shared by 3 classes of about 25-30 students. Since we do not have space for another full size oven, our next best option is the countertop sized mini oven. Having one of these would be a huge win for my students. They would be able to concentrate on their culinary objectives and focus less on sharing space and time at the stove/oven.

A rolling kitchen station is an essential part of our culinary class, since we have very limited counter space.

The stations we have now are extremely old and falling apart. A new set of rolling stations would streamline the learning process and help my students to be organized and gain a love of the culinary arts.
