My Project

My students LOVE to cook in class; it is their top choice for class rewards. Cooking has allowed us to share our unique cultures, try new foods and introduce healthy snack ideas all while working on following directions, reading and math skills, communication skills, vocabulary, and independence.

The kettle, blender, griddle, and various cooking utensils will allow us to greatly expand the level of recipes we can cook in class.

The storage containers and cart will be very useful in storing these items in our room. Each of these items will make a positive impact on my students' lives and enrich our class community!
