This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Cooking meat is not the same as cooking chicken. Every single dish that you prepare needs to have what we call an internal cooking temperature. Thermometer and scales are in top list of equipment needed in a kitchen to assure the will reach that temperature.

The digital thermometer and scale will help my students to learn in practice what should be their guide for the rest of their life!

Our main goal is to develop the cooking skill they deserve for finding a good culinary job or just as a life skill. Your support will make the difference
