Aside from core academics, my students are learning important life skills, such as socializing, appropriate play, motor skills, and language. With a play kitchen, my students will have the opportunity to practice conversing with their friends, role-playing, turn-taking, sharing, motor skills, and problem solving. They'll also build vocabulary, learn about food groups, and learn about responsibility.
