My Project

The students in our classroom are looking ahead to life after graduation, and are beginning to prepare themselves for a life of living independently as they go on to work a job or attend college. Part of those life skills involve learning how to cook healthy meals for themselves and their future families.

Our students need a variety of kid and teen-friendly cookbooks with accessible recipes so that they can master cooking for themselves.

This project includes a collection of cookbooks designed a variety of skill levels, as well as unique cookbooks with recipes from around the world, all geared towards building an interest in building experience in the kitchen.
