My Project

Six months ago, I received my Doctorate in Educate in Leadership and Educational Policy. Since then, I have been able to extend my research designed to support students with disabilities in inclusion classrooms. As part of my efforts, I am seeking membership with the American Educational Research Association (AERA) to continue and receive postdoctoral fellowships.

I have had the support of my students as well as my colleagues as I work towards advancing students with disabilities' reading acquisition.

With a membership to AERA, I will be able to connect with the AERA community, engage in professional advancement, and use my voice on matters relating to policy. In a few months, AERA will host their annual conference. With a membership, I will be able to apply discounts to conference sessions and networking opportunities. Already I am excited about the opportunity.

This is a membership that is packed with many opportunities for new, transitioning, and veteran teachers! Hopefully you will be able to assist me with funding. Thank you in advance!
