Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager preschoolers from the ages of three to five, who are from many different cultural backgrounds and have big appetites for learning.

As a teacher, my goal is to provide as many learning opportunities as possible for my students, and to reach my students, I plan to use science.

My students are curious and want to know everything. They are excited about learning through hands-on activities and the availability of science materials such as jumbo magnetic tiles, as well as other magnetic games, would create station for students to plan and construct using prior knowledge. The center would foster a love of learning about engineering and mathematical solutions as hands-on magnetic engaging toys like building a house, will also allow my students to become more independent in their learning, as they are able to learn from each other by working together on science concepts learned throughout the year.

By donating to this project, you will be enhancing our learning environment. Young children learn in various ways and these materials will provide my children opportunities to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they explore the world around them.
