We are trying to replace the consumable materials used last year. Tape, plastic utensils and then other items are used to build and model in different units throughout the year, such s; marshmallow launchers, adaptation games, and Tower builds. Students build modules and use these materials in many different projects throughout the year to dig deeper into concepts in physics and biology. These materials are always used quicker than others and I have always appreciated the DonorsChoose community for their yearly refills on these items! Thank you for the donations that allow students to experience science hands-on! This year we practiced our engineering standards the first week of school by using rubber bands and plastic utensils to build a launcher that threw a marshmallow over 17 meters!
