This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items in my cart will provide students with a tangible way to apply computer science concepts. Building robots involves programming, problem-solving, and engineering, all of which are key skills in computer science. By working with physical objects, students can see the direct impact of their code and understand the relationship between hardware and software.

The primary goal of this project is to introduce students to key concepts in computer science, such as programming and problem solving.

These projects will fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity as students work together to design and build functional robots. Ultimately, the goal is to develop both technical and soft skills that students can apply in real-world scenarios.

My students are often not exposed to STEM activities that can foster their curiosity, boost their motivation, and ignite a passion for learning. These hands-on experiences are crucial for developing their interest in technology and problem-solving, which can inspire them to pursue further studies and careers in STEM fields.
