My Project

Outdoor education helps children learn while supporting emotional, behavioral and intellectual development. Studies have shown that students who learn outdoors develop: a sense of self, independence, confidence, creativity, decision-making and problem-solving skills, empathy towards others, motor skills, self-discipline and initiative.

Over the past year, the our school community has come together to create truly beautiful outdoor playground on campus. Now it is time for this growth to take place in our outdoor environment. Outdoor environment is a deeply beloved extension to the classroom, where students can work on math, language, sensorial and practical life skills. Now more than ever, these environments are in need of new materials that essential part of our Montessori approach to education.
