Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are hungry, not only for food, but for fun engaging learning! My students love to explore and embrace their imagination all while engaging in lifelong learning. We enjoy moving and incorporating it into lessons!

My students are explorers, scientists, teachers, readers, mathematicians, and so much more!

They are full of energy and are excited to learn!

From the minute they walk in they know they are loved and that this is a safe place for them to take chances. With these new tools my students will be thinking outside of the box and even learning about programming and coding at a young age! They will truly be 21st century learners!

My Project

Providing effectual resources to young minds helps make real-world connections to all subjects they study in school. They love to read and love to discover. I want to provide them with age-appropriate nonfiction content so they can learn, emphasize with other cultures and customs, and get a greater understanding of the world around them.

By donating to our project, you will not only help student engagement and connection to the real world, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

The Scholastic Magazine will support my whole group instruction, small group instruction, and my independent centers. I love how it will improve my students reading fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and critical-thinking skills.
