My Project

My students are critical thinkers, mathematicians, readers, authors, activists, scientists and artists. They show up each day ready to push through any challenges to question, dream, inspire and succeed! This project is designed to help them reach all of their goals and to make their year in our classroom community as supportive, fun, and engaging as possible. There are many supplies and tools that go into setting up a classroom, and one of the most important is the classroom rug!

Having a clean and comfortable classroom rug is essential to an inviting and engaging classroom!

After many great years, it is time to retire our old rug, and bring in something new. The rug is the space where we spend most of our day. It allows for students to talk and listen to one another, learn new things, ask questions, and is the true heart of our classroom.

Also included in this project are sketch books, STEM morning bin materials, oil pastels and more. Having these tools to help support my students with their ability to problem solve, express themselves and communicate is a game changer. Thank you in advance for supporting our classroom and my wonderful third graders!
