Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of our 5th and 6th-grade students, including our dedicated cheer team, face challenges in accessing essential feminine care products. Having these products readily available will allow them to stay focused on their learning, participation, and confidence, whether in my classroom or on the cheer team. When students feel secure and supported, they can engage more fully in their education and extracurricular activities.

By providing quality pads, we can ensure that no student has to worry about discomfort or embarrassment during the school day.

Our goal for this project is to create a safe and inclusive space where students never have to miss out due to a lack of basic necessities. The 5th and 6th-grade cheerleaders, in particular, dedicate their time and energy to representing our school, and having access to these resources ensures they can continue doing so without unnecessary stress.
