My Students

I teach in an ICT classroom with 30 students. All students come from low-income households and many live in shelters. All students receive free breakfast and lunch every day. They come to school every day ready to learn and often don't want to go home because they want to continue learning.

My students are special because they are tenacious and they motivate and inspire me to be the best role model and teacher for them.

What I love about my students is their eagerness to learn. I am not only their teacher but I am their champion away from home.

My Project

With the Chromebook’s we will be able to build a computer center for students and make learning come alive. The Chromebook’s will not only keep the students engaged but boost students efficiency of learning anytime and anywhere. By having online access in class the students will be able to expand their capacity of any learning exercise generating creative thinking, communication and collaboration.

The Chromebook’s will give students access to the information they need to be successful in school and in life.

The Chromebook’s will help students become researchers and use what they learn through books and the web to enhance their writing skills. Students will learn how to type with two hands, create and write emails. While using the Chromebook’s students will have access to learning content at their fingertips.
