I need a reliable computer that can run programs like board maker to make customized communication boards and visuals to support for special needs students communication in the classroom!

My Project

I am a speech language pathologist working in an urban school district with a large caseload of students needing significant support in the area of communication. If I had a reliable updated computer I could efficiently create visuals and graphics to facilitate communication. I would use a computer to create communication boards customized to student needs in daily life and the classroom. A computer could also allow me to use video modeling to facilitate speech and communication and display educational videos for modeling speech sounds!

Having a reliable computer would also allow me to complete online learning courses including the upcoming SLP Summit learning conference to learn more about facilitating communication in early childhood students with no current communication.
