My Students

My 6th grade students love to use their superheroes (aka, our chromebooks). This project is for a charging and storage cart.

I teach 6th grade core in a small middle school in northern California.

My students are tech natives who love all things electronic, especially if it is has wi-fi! We use our superheroes in class regularly, but don't have a secure way to store and charge them.

My Project

My students will be able to store and charge their computers in this cart. It will help to keep our classroom more organized and ensure the security of our classroom chromebooks. Currently, we have no way of securing our superheroes and the "charging" station looks like a fire hazard!

Not only will this keep our superheroes secure, it will also keep them charged.

This is essential for my students to have continued access to their computers. This cart is also big enough for more chromebooks, should I eventually get my dream of a one-to-one classroom.
