My Project

Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors like you, my 8th-grade students have already experienced the life-changing impact of having supportive stills with backs in our science lab. The first set of stools has transformed the way they learn, allowing them to focus more deeply on their experiments, STEM projects, and rigorous coursework. My students were overjoyed when they learned their first stools were funded a they couldn’t stop talking about how much more comfortable and supported they would feel during lessons and labs.

But we’re not quite there yet.

While the first set of stools will make a huge difference, we still don’t have enough for every student in our classroom. Many of my students will still be sitting on the same hard, backless stools that make it difficult to stay comfortable and focused. This creates an uneven learning environment where some students have the tools they need to thrive while others are left struggling with discomfort.

My goal is to ensure that *every single student* in my classroom has access to the same supportive seating, so no one is left behind. These chairs aren’t just furniture—they’re a critical part of creating a safe, inclusive space where all students can focus on reaching their full potential.

With your help, we can finish what we started. Providing the remaining chairs will ensure that every student feels comfortable and supported during lessons, labs, and tests. When students are physically supported, they can fully engage in the hands-on activities that make science come alive.
