Community Based Instruction (CBI): Life Beyond the Classroom!

My Project

This project is to help better our Special Education program within our school. I am currently taking on a new role as the Community Based Instruction teacher and need to start building the class from the ground up. I would humbly ask our donors to donate money to help start a garden as well as set up a fish tank in our room.

For our garden, we will learn the importance of growing our own food for sustainability, how to care for the plants, take data, observe, and be curious about the process and results.

As for our fish tank, we will learn how to take care of a pet, feed it, clean it, and enjoy its company.
