My Students

Hi Everyone. I am a special education teacher for 8 amazing young-adults. My students work on vocational and functional skills throughout the school year to promote independence. Help me continue this goal while they are quarantined at home. Thank You!

My Project

Hi Friends! Each month I mail students fun activities to create during our social group on Friday's. For my class, this is such a valuable lesson to help promote life-skills. The feedback from parents that I have received has helped the students read return-address labels, open mail properly and organize events for their week. Help me continue this valuable functional lesson to keep their smiles gleaming when they receive a package. These activities do more than just create art, it helps to build their confidence and strengthen's communication skills. Thank You
