I have a great set of students. Their interests differ from one another, so it was hard to find a commonality. I did notice that they all love science. They are creative, curious, and have the drive to learn how things work. Once I put something in their hands to create something, they will try their best to take on that challenge.
My Project
I think that once a student has comfort within a classroom they are willing to learn. The variations in seating will provide that comfort within the classroom.
With the proper STEM supplies, the students will have the opportunity to be able to have creativity and freedom with their projects.
They will be able to see what they are able to create out of supplies that they might have at home lying around. It will open new doors for my students strategically and academically. I think this will help them love school and learning and exploring the possibilities.
