Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am attempting to create small group stations that allow children to collaborate on ideas, and then use the manipulatives to put their ideas into a something they can act out and build! The lined white boards will be a space to write down ideas and practice letter formation, the crayons will be used to draw pictures of the ideas, and then manipulatives will be used to make their ideas a reality! I am hoping they can use these things to create stories and practice retelling stories we have read in class. The chairs are to create a space outside of a desk to come up with these ideas. I hope that this space provides multiple ways for children to be creative and imaginative!
