I teach second grade, bilingual students who are eager to learn. They all learn differently and sometimes, we like to have fun doing it. My students enjoy hands-on activities, reading books and using technology in the classroom for learning.
My students are from a technology driven generation and they are not afraid to use it as a learning tool.
They need to be prepared for the technology careers of tomorrow, today! I admire my students for their enthusiasm in learning and I want to facilitate their learning with technology.
My Project
You may think these are just pillows, but in fact they are a learning tool in the classroom. Students are in a classroom for 7 to 8 hours a day, sitting on chairs or on hard floors. These pillows will make a world of a difference for my student's learning in the classroom. They will enjoy their time in the room and enjoy their time Reading. These will give them a bit of comfort from home in the class. As we use our Ipads to learn on Seesaw, my students will have the choice of sitting on their chairs, carpet, or on one of these comfortabke pillows. It's nice to have that choice!!
