My Project

Students are allergic to being bored. Your typical classroom furniture is not up to the task of keeping students physically ready to engage in learning. When kids fidget in their seats because they're uncomfortable it distracts the student, the teacher, and the surrounding students.

Flex seating is a must in today's classrooms.

Creating an environment that is conducive to learning is at the forefront of most teachers' planning. If the teacher and students feel safe and comfortable, amazing things can happen in the classroom. Soft lighting, sofas, and a window shade will do that for my room.
