My Project

The students at San Tan Charter School are a very diverse group of people and each one has particular needs. Many students have gone through trauma in their lives or simply suffer from the repercussions that Covid-19 has had on so many people.

Students have suffered greatly due to the pandemic and this is no more evident than in the classroom.

Being in the comfort of their own homes for so long has made it difficult to go back to a more "sterile" environment. While I try to make my room as inviting as possible, I can not afford flexible seating for them and I know it would be a great benefit for them and their learning.
