Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A lot of my students live in one-income households and struggle financially to meet basic needs. They come to school hungry and oftentimes the food they eat at school is their only daily meal.

The chips, crackers, cookies, chocolate candy and juice will be used as a positive reinforcement during classroom instruction and to eliminate hunger.

My students will be able to eat the noodles for dinner at home, along with the snacks. The chips, crackers, cookies, chocolate Candy and juice will enhance student attendance, increase student participation in classroom activities, reduce student behavior that interrupts learning, and boost my students' confidence and self-esteem

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.

Equity Focus
