Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are wonderful hardworking multi-language learners who love learning. The majority of my students absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! I look forward to seeing them each day because they are enthusiastic attitude towards learning is inspirational in and outside of the classroom environment.

My Project

The use of having a color printer will enable me to provide color examples for authentic written daily assignments in my classroom is essential. Using the colors models that I create during my instructions will help inspire my student to be and think more creatively during the writing process. Students will have the ability to bring all their projects to life through the use of color. Having the choice to use the choice of colors during written assignments will also allow students to add their voices based on the colors that they choose. My students will also have opportunities to create their assignments in color at will, and not have to wait. The use of mobile whiteboard will increase my ability to work more effectively with my small groups. The students who need additional instruction will be able to work from the mobile whiteboard. This project will definitely enrich their experiences with authentic written assignments in our classroom.
