My Students

Pablo Picasso said, "Every child is an artist." I hope to tap into my students' creative side by letting them express and share their new knowledge through art.

Although I have been teaching fourth grade for the last eight years, this is my first year teaching in a new school district.

I have a classroom of 23 stupendous students who come from various backgrounds and learn in a variety of ways. I hope to encourage students to express themselves through art in the content areas.

My Project

My students are in need of various art supplies that will help colorize our classroom. I am requesting an array of construction paper, watercolors, paint brushes, glue, and other various art supplies such as wiggly eyes and pipe cleaners. These supplies will be used to create projects and presentations to showcase their learning in social studies and science.

By donating to our project you will help integrate art into our fourth grade classroom.

You will provide students with the necessary items they need to colorize their classroom in a way we have previously only dreamed. Thank you for considering our project!
