Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
We are a self-contained, Autism classroom for 3-4-year-old preschoolers. We utilize researched-based, best practices to build the skills necessary for our students to reach full inclusion.
Though at times, we face challenges bringing learning objectives to life due to a lack of materials.
This project will help us overcome this challenge.
My Project
Often times the districts we serve lose internet service (and cannot connect to their wireless printers) or the printers are out of ink. I serve in a room that supports PreK students with autism. Colored visuals (PECS, schedules, picture icons) are essentials to help teach students a routine, teach students to request, develop problem-solving strategies, and utilize many other forms of communication.
Last year, we are blessed to received a printer through donations on this platform.
But the district I serve does not provide paper or ink for that printer. This project is asking for your kindness once again, to restock our supports to continue our work.
