Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In order to promote kindness at our school, we have started a RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) Club. In this club, the students build self-esteem and raise school morale by showing that small acts can indeed make a difference in someone's life. The supplies requested will permit the club members to create and design banners, cards, signs, friendship bracelets, and a rock garden at the school. The students will also create cards and messages for the elderly at the neighborhood adult day care center.

By donating to our project, you will help the students enhance their creativity in promoting kindness and ethical responsibility.

We want the children to see the ripple effects of a simple act. The art supplies requested will permit them to create projects that will boost self-esteem in others and bring joy to classmates, staff members, and members of the community. Our objective is to change the world with small acts of kindness!
