Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach multi-levels of special education students in a low-income district, who all have different learning styles. They learn best when I use visuals in my lessons. It’s very difficult not having a color printer to work within the classroom. Many nights I am coloring and laminating materials for my students to access for class.
Having a color printer will make learning more accessible to the diverse range of learners, and it will also help my students achieve their goals!
The color printer will also allow me to print their work and hang throughout the school and show everyone how brilliant my students are.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
