Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year our middle school students have put Columbus on trial, created animations to celebrate the historical Black communities Weeksville and Seneca Village, and developed songs and movies to help the U.S. "break up" with England during the American Revolution.

This amazing creativity will only be boosted by the addition of a classroom laser color printer.

With access to a laser color printer, we will be able to celebrate this student work, we will be able to better view historical maps and documents, and we will be able to surround ourselves with as much historical inspiration as we want!

We expect that we will be using the color printer regularly, but as teachers and students as well. Your donations will help us realize these possibilities!
