My Project

A color printer in our classroom will help enhance my students’ learning. Majority of my students relay on visuals to communicate everyday needs and navigate the classroom. One of the most effective ways to ensure my learners process information is to pair concepts and everyday communication words with meaningful images.

Visuals are used everywhere within our class from labeling all material bins students interact with, communication boards and to adapt a book.

Visuals help my students break down information into manageable pieces that are easier to absorb, as well as, increase the student's interest. When my student gets to learn in a way that they like and understand, they will pay closer attention and the results will be more obvious.

Having a color printer in our class will help us print all the visuals we need.
