Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the first time in 2 years (since the start of the pandemic) my students are using more hand made materials than before. I can see how much they love coloring their work and the dedication that they put in it. I also noticed how much my supplies are declining. With the current recession a lot of my students rely of the materials I share or give them such as: color pencils, pencils, and pens. I noticed that my boxes (which are starting to break up from regular use) are running excessively low.

The goal of this project is to get these materials in the hands of my students again so that they can continue to create their masterpieces in class.

My students are incredibly hard working, kind and I can see the joy they have when they get to work on creative activities. I thank you for your interest to fund projects that help students in magnificent ways. They too appreciate knowing that they have in their hands something that gifted to them.
