This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

What makes my students special? My students are special needs student who find learning difficult. Even though they struggle, they never give up. I am amazed everyday by their tenacity and work ethic. They strive everyday to overcome obstacles from home to come to school and then have to deal with their own learning issues. However, none of that stops them. They show up everyday, prepared for school, ready to be successful. Even when they do not master an assignment, and I give it back to re-do, they do! I am not saying they don't complain, or not want to revise their work, but they know in order to be successful, this is what they must do!

My Project

Due to my school's limited resources, colored ink is not a priority. However due to the fact that I was rewarded with a color jet laser printer, I was able to print out various projects not only for my class but for other classes as well. I am a team player and always willing to share. I love to see students and teachers visions come alive. However, that time is slowly coming to an end because we are seriously running out of colored ink. With your generosity and thoughtful donations, we do not have to see our visions go from colorful to black and white or a grayscale. Please help us!
