Our preK classroom is made up of students with a variety of disabilities. They love learning new things and using their imaginations to navigate our centers and classroom activities by using different tools. Due to the hurricane our, classroom was flooded and we will be needing a color printer and lamination sheets to make a new print-rich classroom environment that will color their world and make it brighter for them to learn in.
Highly structured routines are important for our students and we use colored labels and activities to help us reach our learning goals and follow our classroom routines.
By having a color printer for our classrooms, we will be able to print out activities and schedules for our students to use during the day to help them achieve their kindergarten readiness skills in a variety of ways.
