Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in need of art materials, they are not typically exposed to art in a way to move them or experience it themselves.

They will be able to work on their motor skills by holding the paint brush, they will expand their vocabulary by learning colors and using descriptive words to talk about their art work.

It is so important at this young age to be able to explore and create works of art especially in the classroom. My students will learn so much form being able to explore in art. I know art touches on so many areas of development. Every child is an artist and I cant wait to see what creations will unfold in my classroom!
