This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is still nice and convenient to be able to use printed material in the classroom. Even with access to technology, our students being able to touch and see the worksheet or image is critical. Computers are great but can be a distraction for students versus being able to print the materials/images that a student may need. Having the ability to print these in color makes a world of a difference as well. Unfortunately, we only have access to black ink, at times compromising the great visuals you'd like to provide your students. This project will help provide tactile support for students. With access to a color laser printer we will be able to print various STEM related activities in full color, print out images students have created using code and so many more things!
