This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Curious, enthusiastic, and creative; my students are eager to immerse themselves in our art projects. They are fearless when it comes to trying new things. Although many students are trying things for the first time in my class, they approach every new project with a positive attitude. For these reasons, I want them to have all the different mediums and materials available to them so they can learn and experience new things. I know the students will appreciate your donations.

My Project

My students need color images for reference when doing color matching exercises. Whether it be with colored pencils or paint, it is a very important skill to learn to color match. It is very important for them to have colored images to help them develop a strong understanding of color theory. With these materials we plan to paint and color match many projects. We also plan on printing out some of the posters our students are creating to bring awareness to "Save The Monarchs." The gift of ink an invaluable tool for teaching art to my amazing and talented students.
