Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The Class of 2024 has done an exceptional job in applying to college, exploring their options, and making their final choice of school. They are excited and motivated to continue their education and they are ready to embark on a new journey! We at HHHS are recognizing all of our students who are continuing their education and are celebrating their decisions! We are excited to be hosting our annual Decision Day Celebration at Hoover with food, games, music, raffles, and more!
Your contribution to Decision Day will provide seniors with necessary materials for their future dorm room or apartment, supplies like that will allow them to succeed in their education, and we will have the opportunity to provide one lucky winner with a mini-fridge!
Music and aromatherapy are great ways for our students to relieve stress and promote self-care, and they will be able to use items like speakers and diffusers to do so! Chargers and wall outlets are necessary for students to be well-prepared for a productive day in college! We hope our students are able to enjoy their new spaces by owning a bean bag chair or a mattress topper! We will be raffling these items off during our highly-anticipated Decision Day Celebration!
