Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having the right materials for a project is vital. In AVID class, we like to showcase student work on collaboration that focus on what we are studying for our future. This project will give us the necessary materials to do our best work and really POP and stand out.

The Mr. Sketch markers and poster board will be used throughout the year as students work collaboratively on college and career projects that will be featured throughout our hallways.

Sometimes we also make posters for our community service work or if we are selling something (like chocolates or candles) to raise money.

The college t-shirts in this project will be used to motivate students. They will be given as prizes and students can wear them on our College and Career Wednesdays.
