Each year, our Collab Lab serves 600+ students in grades 9-12 at the high school level. Many of those students also come to use this space for independent projects and research. Many are often preparing for competitions or project-based learning presentations.
The items in this project will help ensure our Collab Lab (aka Maker Studio) is ready for whatever our students need.
The maintenance cartridge for our poster printer is vital. We cannot start this year without it. We have so many requests in the first few weeks of school to print classroom charts, posters, and student projects from summer work for presentations. The alcohol wipes, gloves, and cleaning cloths help us keep our machinery clean and dust free, and the stick on label holders (with the Sharpies) will make sure cabinets are labeled for quick access.
