My Students

My school is moving towards having our students become digitally responsible so our students can have more access to an education that is along the lines of the 21st century.

Please help support our drive to create an environment that is STEAM centered.

My Project

This project will make a huge difference in my students learning by taking their learning a step further with coding. They have already been using code.org to learn the basics of coding online. Having the Sphero+ Robot will give them a hands-on, tangible experience with coding. At first, they will be able to explore coding with the robot in small groups and then move into more specific tasks that involve coding challenges with math. By implementing this engaging technology into the classroom, my students will be able to keep up with the skills required in our ever-changing technology based world.
