My Project

Coding is an incredibly useful skill in our world today. While it seems difficult to learn, kids are doing it every single day in their classrooms. Coding can be learned without tech, as crazy as that sounds, but it is best shown through online lessons that allow the code to come to life.

In order to do this, my students need the technology to help them navigate coding in a meaningful way.

With students returning to in-person education, it is imperative that they have tools that help them put into motion what they've learned on paper or in an online lesson. The iPad coupled with Dash robot lets students build a code and essentially teach the robot to act out the sequence. In this way, they are able to code, problem solve, and think critically in a form of learning that proves their solutions to be true in real time.
