My Project

With the computer science standards being fully implemented at our school this year, I want to give students access to tools that will make coding visible and tangible. I hope to inspire this next generation of students to create and innovate through CS.

I am looking to build our school's CS library to include ways to make their code come to life!

Up until this point, all of the students' experience with coding has been on a device (iPad or Chromebook) and I want to change that. I have really wonderful project ideas but need access to the tools that make the ideas feasible in the classroom.

With these Sphere Bolt programmable robots, my students will have the opportunity to use the computer science skills they've gained to make their programming experience hands-on. They will be used in a variety of STEM challenges, students can build courses or arenas to navigate through, and the possibilities are endless. Ultimately, I want my class to be fun, engaging, and meaningful, and these Sphero Bolts will help to do this.
