My Project

Dash robots are an incredible opportunity for diverse learners to explore new opportunities! As a special educator I am tasked with meeting students where they're at. Each student possesses a unique learning style and a unique learning path. I am excited at the opportunity to present students with exposure to technology and engineering at a young age. While I expose students with unique learning opportunities, I am also focused on differentiating student learning. TeachersPayTeachers provides me an opportunity to utilize well thought out lessons from other teachers around the world. These resources allow me to work with each of my individual learners and provide them with their own resources to build up the skills they need support in. You may notice the computer ink in my cart too, printing graphic organizers individual skill packets and engineering coding sheets takes ink!

As schools focus heavily on academic work I want my students to share in any opportunity to explore a new curriculum, a new field, and a new way of learning.

Learners with special education needs benefit from being presented with a bit of everything, it gives them an opportunity to find what they're good at, where they feel successful and realize the immense world that is out there for them. I'm excited to present them with engineering exploration, and be able to print individual resources they each need as unique learners!
