This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These storage sacks hang over the students' chairs and provide additional storage for students to keep their materials organized and their desks clutter-free! They are very sturdy and even have a small pocket to store small materials like pencils, scissors, etc.

The storage sacks will help my students keep all of their materials organized and easily accessible when we switch from Spanish to English instruction.

I teach a group of 2nd grade students in a Dual Language Immersion Program where they receive instruction in two languages. My students are provided textbooks in Spanish and English for every subject! My students work hard to succeed academically and become proficient in two languages. These storage sacks will allow my students to access their Spanish and English materials quickly without disrupting classroom instruction.
