This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten can be a hard transition from pre-k! There is no more nap time in Kindergarten and we often do not have bathrooms in our classrooms. Kindergarten is also a new and exciting place to learn for our students and often forget they need to use the bathroom. At the beginning of the school year our students will have bathroom accidents and not all the time can parents come up and bring a change of clothes. Sometimes are students will spill things on themselves as well. These clothes will help our students stay dry and clean so they are able to learn throughout the school day.
