My Project

There are many factors affecting the performance of our elementary students city-wide. My focus however, is in on the individual students inside my classroom. It is my job to ensure each child receives the attention and encouragement they need to perform at the level they are uniquely capable of reaching.

Providing instruction to small groups of students will allow me to differentiate and support them in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Students will learn how to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a group, as they are guided to look to each other for help rather than relying on myself, their teacher, as the sole source of learning.
