My Students

My fourth grade students are inquisitive, risk takers, determined, and enthusiastic. Their ideas, passion, and knowledge are truly inspiring. The students have a willingness to share and communicate with their peers that is a positive asset in the classroom.

My students walk into the class every morning knowing that they can rise to the challenges presented to them through hard work and perseverance.

The students are a diverse group of learners. They are encouraged to learn and grow at their own speed to become capable and confident learners.

My Project

The students need clipboards so we can work on the carpet during whole group math, math stations, and literature circles. The students currently are struggling to effectively complete their work on the carpet when needed. They need materials to write on that will help keep them focused and prepared to learn. The chart paper is also necessary for classroom discussions, literacy and math activities, and teacher created anchor charts. The anchor charts will help lead to academic and social success. The students can use the charts for math guidance. Students will also be using the chart paper while working in groups.
